Dr. Trish Burgess, keynote speaker

Title- “Women on Mission”
Description- Dr. Burgess will address how we have quite the responsibility to reach out in Jesus’ name through healthcare and as women. Women are uniquely created by God to reach people that men or pastors cannot! She will walk us through scripture but also share based on her personal experience in missions when she felt God using her both as a doctor and a woman together.

Dr. Emily Ferrara
Title- “Running on Empty.”
Description- Dr. Ferrara will focus on how to identify when nearing burnout and she will equip us with a prevention tool, personalized for each individual.

Dr. Esther Kim
Title- “The Practice of Being Present and the Power of Proximity.”
Description- Dr. Kim will discuss the many different roles women healthcare professionals often find themselves in and the many different directions they are pulled at once.  By being mindful of where you are and what you are doing, oftentimes, leads to having a deeper and more meaningful impact - in our families, our community, and our patients' lives. Taking time to remain present in your spheres of influence may seem like a sacrifice and at times messy, but the return is more than you can imagine.

Dr. Deena Theiss
Title- “Finding REST in the Father’s heart”
Description- The challenges of our calling to the medical field can be so draining. We will look at our Father’s heart to see how He would guide us to rejuvenation and rest for our souls.
